Trapped again. Why is Mlurg always a prisoner? Mlurg never hurt anyone. Mlurg just wants to be left alone. To be free.
The mutant creature stared at its captor with its many eyes. Fragmented thoughts swirled through its tiny mind, trickling slowly through the warped brain matter.
What is Mlurg to do? This being was much bigger than Mlurg. Much stronger than Mlurg. Much faster than Mlurg. Escape not possible.
It bowed its head in contemplation and swung its twisted limb back and forth musing to itself, longing for freedom. A stray thought lingered in its deformed brain. It had an idea.
There is a cloth over the mean being’s eyes. The being has no sight. No sight gives Mlurg a chance. A chance to escape!
This one little thought renewed its spirit. A blue glow began to radiate from its mangled body. The glow gave the mini mutant a sense of calm, and it clung to the only thing it had.
Hope.
